DRA Technology Systems Undergoing Required Maintenance

On Friday, November 6, 2015, starting a noon, the Department of Revenue Administration's (DRA) technology systems will be undergoing required maintenance.

Please be aware that there will be interruptions in service when contacting the DRA or a DRA employee by telephone or e-mail during the system maintenance period. This interruption in service may result in e-mails not being immediately received and callers being prompted to leave a message.

Although the DRA's lobby will be open for walk-in business during our normal business hours on Friday, beginning at noon DRA employees will be unable to access taxpayer accounts or other technology-based resources that may be required to assist you.

The DRA will return to normal operation starting Monday, November 9, 2015. The DRA will respond to your inquiry when normal operation has resumed.
