Assessing Standards Board
The Assessing Standards Board (ASB) recommends standards and appropriate legislation relative to the administration of the property tax, revaluations, assessment review and equalization. The Department is administratively attached to the Assessing Standards Board (ASB) and provides administrative and clerical assistance.

Certified Assessing Personnel
Effective September 1, 2023, the process for the certification and recertification of assessing personnel is under the Office of Professional Licensure and Certification (OPLC) and the Assessing Certification Board. All applications shall be made in writing to the OPLC at CustomerSupport@oplc.nh.gov.
