Current Use Board
The Current Use Board (CUB) annually establishes a schedule of criteria and current use values and recommends them to the Chairman who adopts the rules, as needed, for the implementation of RSA 79-A Current Use Taxation. The Department is administratively attached to the Current Use Board (CUB) and provides administrative and clerical assistance.
