Revaluation & Monitoring

The Property Bureau monitors appraisals of property to assure compliance with applicable statutes and rules and supervises appraisers who perform appraisal work on behalf of a municipality for tax assessment purposes.

Certified Assessing Personnel

Effective September 1, 2023, the process for the certification and recertification of assessing personnel is under the Office of Professional Licensure and Certification (OPLC) and the Assessing Certification Advisory Board. Complaints against assessing personnel shall be made to the OPLC at Report Non-Compliance | NH Office of Professional Licensure and Certification at https://www.oplc.nh.gov/report-non-compliance.
