The mission of the Division of Taxpayer Services is to continuously improve taxpayer experiences through efficient data processing, accurate account maintenance and exemplary customer service.

Our Document and Deposit Processing Group processes all incoming mail and payments, including scanning, keying, and addressing processing errors, reconciling the daily bank deposits, and completes all form requests submitted by taxpayers.
Our dedicated call center staff are available weekdays from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST to assist with general NH tax questions, questions about your specific NH tax account(s), and to assist with the Department's Granite Tax Connect web portal.
Our Tax Account Reconciliation Group performs routine maintenance of taxpayer accounts, including issuing notices of assessment, reviewing and approving refunds, responding to taxpayer written requests, assisting with phone call overflow, and more.
Granite Tax Connect (GTC) is an online portal for NH taxpayers to access their tax accounts. Some of those tax accounts include Meals and Rooms (Rentals), Business Profits, Business Enterprise, and much more.
