Rev 3400 Taxation of Wood or Timber Cut rules are now readopted and filed
The DRA has readopted Chapter Rev 3400, Taxation of Wood or Timber Cut on July 12, 2024. The readopted Chapter Rev 3400 rules were filed with the Office of Legislative Services on July 15, 2024, and became effective July 16, 2024.
