The NH Department of Employment Security monitors and enforces all aspects concerning the security of the New Hampshire workforce. All New Hampshire businesses with employees must contact the NH Department of Employment Security.
Filing Requirements
All businesses with employees in the State of New Hampshire must file an Employer Status Report with the NH Department of Employment Security. The Employer Status Report can be obtained at your local Employment Security office, https://www.nhes.nh.gov/locations/, or downloaded from their website at: www.nhes.nh.gov/forms/employers.htm.
New Hire Report
All new hires must also be reported to the NH Department of Employment Security.
